Designed specifically to eliminate administrative overhead for self-employed contractors:

- Full Core Workflow: Complete sales and estimation workflow (room-first surveys, digital signatures), operations (work orders on mobile), and billing (progress installments and job costing).
- Wkb Compliance: Sole proprietors are fully subject to the Dutch Building Quality Assurance Act (Wkb). Photo capture with timestamps and compliance exports are fully included.
- Strict License Enforcement: Supports strictly 1 active user. Any attempt to add a second user account is blocked with an informative prompt to upgrade to BouwRegie Compleet.

- Chain Liability (WKA) Protection: Automatic 45% split of subcontractor invoices to blocked G-accounts, with one-click export of ISO 20022 SEPA Pain.001.001.03 payment batches for all major Dutch banks.

License Enforcement & Seamless Upgrades
- Platform Admin Provisioning: Platform administrators (SuperAdmin) configure tenants as Solo, Compleet, or Custom when provisioning on
/admin/tenants. - Navigation Feature Gates: The application adapts menus and route guards dynamically based on the plan.
- Growth Upgrades: When a sole proprietor hires their first employee, the plan can be upgraded to BouwRegie Compleet or Custom with zero downtime.
